- Age and background do not matter, just attending the festival.

Workshop led by: Fatiha Ben Brahim, a Music Business Consultant, Metadata Expert and Leadership Coach
Fatiha Ben Brahim is a highly accomplished executive with over 30 years of international experience in the music industry. Known for her advocacy in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), she collaborates with Digitalfems and serves on the Advisory Council of the Gender MusicTech Project. As Director of Music Enrichment, she has developed expertise in music publishing, recording, content curation, data enrichment, and product launches.
Throughout her career, Fatiha has led successful projects at renowned organizations such as Gracenote/Nielsen, Fintage House, BMG Rights Management, and Music Sales. She has built teams, optimized resources, streamlined workflows, and improved overall efficiency, significantly contributing to organizational growth. Her innovative thinking, leadership skills, and deep understanding of the music landscape make her a driving force in the industry. Fatiha is dedicated to fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within her teams.
